When it comes to jewelry, I like delicate, simple pieces. But I also don't mind mixing metals, going overboard on bangles, and I love something sparkly (what girl doesn't?!) In my jewelry box, I have my go-to's like my gold rosary ring and diamond studs, but there are also big statement earrings and my favorite huge turquoise ring.
Today I thought it would be fun to open up my jewelry box and show you a couple of my favorite pieces I wear most often. I have a variety of pieces, some new and some given to me by my mom. I tried my best to find similar items, at different price points. Scroll down to see more & thanks for reading friends! xo
I cannot tell you how many people have complimented me on my "diamond studs". These Cubic Zirconia Earrings from Nordstrom are awesome diamond dupes! Less than $50 I wouldn't cry if I lost one like I would if they were real! These are a great earring to wear to work, but also pretty and understated for a date night sparkle!
I have had my turquoise ring for probably 10 years. It's from Saks off Fifth, and I can't even tell you who makes it because the brand is worn off. It's been well loved, but still looks great, for fake turquoise! I love throwing this ring on with a simple summer dress, jeans, and a white t-shirt, or for a wedding! I love a statement ring, so I linked a BUNCH in the photos above!
Yes, this is the necklace that Carrie Bradshaw had in Sex & The City. But to me, this necklace is everything. I've had it for 6 years and I wear it constantly. In high school, my best friend gave it to me as a graduation gift. She gave all of my friends a name necklace and it is so special to me. The 5 of us are still very close to this day and it's always a reminder of my Marian girls (where I went to high school).
While I dont know where she got mine made, there are a ton of sites that make personalized name necklaces. I linked a couple below!
These earrings really need no introduction. I am obsessed with anything big and gold. Every earring linked below is on my wishlist and that is not an exaggeration.
Like I said, I am into anything that is delicate. This Anthropologie necklace is just that. I love that it is really lightweight and can be layered with other necklaces, but looks pretty wore alone, too. At less than $50, it is worth every penny!
I'm a hoop girl. There is no hiding from it. I loved hoops in college and now I think I love them more. I wear my Costco hoops almost every day to work and I'm not mad about it. These Madewell hoops I've had for a year now and they are the perfect "going out" earring.
